Refund Policy

Given the nature of personal care items, we are not able to accept returns once an order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

You are able to cancel your order prior to the order being shipped. Please email us at if you wish to cancel your order, and we will be happy to do that as long as it has not yet shipped.

For Damaged Items:

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing We will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit. 

For any such claims you will have 30 days from the time of placing the order to reach out to us with your concern.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Duru product, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the packaging, so that we can trace the specific batch of products you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
